Facebook is so lame. It's going where MySpace went. The new social network is Zurker! Zurker is totally awesome and so very very cool because it makes a distinction about news that's relevant to you personally - like someone liked your comment - and news that's interesting but not necessarily meant for you specifically.
It's done via a segregation into Home and Street.
What affects you goes into Home. What people are saying and could be interesting goes under Street - because it's the equivalent of leaning out the window and seeing what's happening on the street.
Another really spiffy thing about Zurker is that you can own it. Well not ALL of it. A little bit of it.
